Cannot Connect OWL.BiKe to Zwift Community
Quick fix for device connection issues.
Symptoms
- Unable to link OWL.BiKe to Zwift Community
- "Connection failed" message
Fix
Check WiFi
Ensure your OWL.BiKe is online and connected to WiFi.
Re-enter Credentials
Go to Settings > Community, disconnect, then connect again with correct details.
Restart Device
Power cycle OWL.BiKe by turning it off and on.
If issues persist, contact support.
